A whirlwind of innovation, taste, and sharing characterized Molino Grassi’s participation in the Tutto Pizza 2024 Fair, a truly explosive edition that saw our brand take center stage with a rich program of events.

At the heart of our presence was the exploration of a multitude of innovative topics that brought the pizza landscape to life:

  • “Neapolitan and contemporary Neapolitan pizza”: A deep dive into the nuances and evolutions of this iconic culinary tradition.
  • “Pinsa, pala or padellino?”: A comparison of different dough types and their distinctive characteristics.
  • “Pizza goes rich in”: A focus on new frontiers of taste, with gourmet ingredients and creative recipes.

We presented our top products, designed to meet the specific needs of the pizza-making sector:

  • Napoletana and Romana: Classic flours that guarantee excellent performance in terms of elasticity, workability, and taste.
  • Multicereale and Tipo 1: Healthy and fiber-rich flours, ideal for a light and nutritious pizza.

There were also live demos with our entire team which allowed participants to learn more about working techniques and discover the secrets of a perfect pizza.
