Thanks to Pierluigi Sapiente, participants were able to delve deeper into the techniques of working with our beloved Pandoro, discovering the secrets of a product that has always represented the excellence of Italian pastry. A unique learning experience, during which we shared knowledge, passion, and the conviction that a good flour is the foundation of every successful dessert.
