Thanks to Pierluigi Sapiente, participants were able to delve deeper into the techniques of working with our beloved Pandoro, discovering the secrets of a product that has always represented the excellence of Italian pastry. A unique learning experience, during which we shared knowledge, passion, and the conviction that a good flour is the foundation of every successful dessert. We strongly believe in the importance of investing in the new generations, and we are delighted to have hosted these young talents and contributed to their professional growth.
