Organic patisserie: a quality choice

Molino Grassi has been organic since the early 1990s and this has led the company to progressively make important choices in terms of sustainability. The new line Pasticceria Bio was founded due to this awareness of health and the environment. Everything is made from organic 00 wheat flour from Italian grains. The line was conceived and perfected thanks to the support of the company’s research and development team and the fruitful collaboration with Pierluigi Sapiente. The flour in the organic line covers the whole range of patisserie products and is suitable for all types of production thanks to 5 different types (Croissant, Shortcrust Pastry, Puff Pastry, Sponge Cake and Leavened Bread).

It is a product suitable for all baker’s needs and is even more respectful of the environment and health. It is a quality choice that adds value to every recipe, making even better doughs for the professionals who choose us every day.
