Miracle Grain: an exceptionally good flavour

We believe in defending biodiversity, the flavours of the past and protecting ancient cereals. We believe in the chance to taste things that seemed lost forever and in the commitment of those who make it possible.

This is why, in collaboration with Claudio Grossi, Molino Grassi has revived the ‘Miracle Wheat’. This is an ancient grain, which gives bread the taste of days gone by, kick-starting the rediscovery of artisanal processing methods. It is a family of flour for bread-making that is also suitable for processing pizza, confectionary and fresh pasta doughs. It is available in various professional and retail formats.

The Miracle Grain flour, made from typical Italian ancient soft grains, brings all the taste of tradition back to our tables.
