Molino Grassi at TuttoFood 2026: Excellence in Milling and a Calendar of Great Guests

From May 11th to 14th, 2026, Molino Grassi returns to Milan for TuttoFood, the international exhibition dedicated to the agri-food excellence. We look forward to welcoming you at Hall 8 – Stand E33 to share our vision of flour: a perfect balance between raw material quality, innovation, and respect for the land.

Flour as a Value: Quality and Supply Chain

At the heart of our participation are people and products. We are bringing a representative selection of our best flours and semolinas to TuttoFood, specifically designed for professionals seeking reliability and high standards in every preparation.

For us, “making flour” means overseeing a controlled and traceable supply chain, built through years of direct collaboration with farmers. It is a commitment our family has carried forward for generations, aiming to provide baking professionals with consistent, high-value ingredients.

A Rich Program of Meetings and Tastings

This year, the Molino Grassi stand will be more than just an exhibition space—it will be a hub for inspiration and dialogue. We have invited some of the most influential figures in the culinary and pastry world to share their expertise and creative approach to our flours.

Here is the event schedule:

  • Monday, May 11th | 12:30 PM Cristiano Tomei: “Lunch with the Stars of Molino Grassi”. A gastronomic event celebrating the creativity of the Michelin-starred chef paired with our premium flours.
  • Tuesday, May 12th | 11:30 AM Luigi Biasetto: “Aperitivo with the Master’s Pastry”. A conversation on the art of puff pastry and contemporary baking with a world-renowned Master Pastry Chef.
  • Tuesday, May 12th | 2:30 PM Sandro Ferretti: “The Ready-to-Serve Dessert”. A technical focus on new trends in modern pastry, balancing technique and practicality.
  • Wednesday, May 13th | 12:30 PM Paolo Sala: “Aperitivo with ‘Farina del Miracolo’”. A tasting session dedicated to one of our most iconic and historic flours.

Throughout the exhibition, Cristian Zaghini—master pizzaiolo and Molino Grassi technical consultant—will also be present to share technical insights, practical tips, and secrets from the world of pizza.
